Rendena gastronomy: tradition and refinement
Charcuterie and cheeses, polenta, wild mushrooms and roe-deer have always been the most typical dishes of the Val Rendena.

In Madonna di Campiglio, the selection ranges from La Stube at Bio-Hotel Hermitage, which received a one-star rating in the Michelin Guide under its chef Paolo Cappuccio, to Gallo Cedrone, the restaurant at Hotel Bertelli managed by chef Vinicio Tenni, or the new Ristorante Dolomieu of the Boutique Hotel Chalet Dolce Vita run by chef Enrico Croatti. Also worthy of note is Ristorante Alfiero at Hotel Lorenzetti, where you can sample an excellent revisiting of traditional Trentino cuisine in Provençal style, as well as Il Convivio at Hotel Alpen Suite with its special gourmet menu.
In Pinzolo and Val Rendena, the finest gourmet dining can be found at Ristorante Mildas in Giustino, where the famous pork shank with risotto is a must, and Locanda Mezzo Soldo in Spiazzo, for a voyage in discover of the flavors and aromas of the past.
