Sustainable mobility

Madonna di Campiglio, Pinzolo and Val Rendena place a great deal of emphasis on sustainability. Nature is something we need to protect and safeguard. Being immersed in the breathtaking landscapes of this World Heritage Site and a part of Trentino’s most extensive protected area, the Adamello Brenta Nature Park, has led the institutions and authorities of the area to develop environmental awareness and, consequently, services and facilities to protect the environment.

As a result, throughout the Val Rendena valley there are integrated services of sustainable mobility

Summer 2011

- Parking and Bus "Val Genova"

- Parking and train "Patascoss - Ritorto"

- Parking and Bus "Vallesinella"

- Bus Madonna di Campiglio - Patascoss - Campo Carlo Magno

In summer, the Adamello Brenta Nature Park, in collaboration with Azienda per il Turismo (ApT) and the city, organizes a system of alternative transport, which includes shuttle buses and trams that help tourists move around the area and get to valleys such as Val Genova and Vallesinella, as well as to Patascoss.

In winter, the ski-bus service makes it easy to get to the ski lifts in Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo, as well as to access the entire Val Rendena valley during the high tourist season for these two skiing destinations.

So to be the first onto the slopes and not have to worry about parking, as well as to improve the quality of the air you breathe – basically for a better vacation all around – use the ski-bus!

The bus runs every day during the winter months.

The great project for the new Campiglio Pinzolo Val Rendena ski area  provide a lift connection between Pinzolo and Madonna di Campiglio, which serve as a transport system for skiers in the winter and for hikers in the summer, while reducing road traffic and making it easier for tourists to go back and forth between the two towns.
