pastures of Ritorto, for a breathtaking view.

3 LAGO DI NAMBINO

This glacial lake above Madonna di Campiglio in its white winter mantle

is an enchanting experience

shortened by travelling up to the Piana di Nambino by car or taxi

4 LA VIA DEI FEVRI

Wonderful view of the town followed by a 360o panorama of the Brenta

Dolomites and Adamello-Presanella range.

Difficulty

Long high level excursion above the tree line. Strong winds and low visibility

can be dangerous

For the high altitude section of the excursion a good weather forecast is required,

especially as regards low clouds which can cause orientation problems.

Going to the Spinale plateau with its characteristic bumpy landscape you

get so close to the majestic walls of the Brenta.
