Telemark skiing

Telemark skiing, named after the region in Norway where the technique was invented, is the one of the oldest downhill skiing techniques and came to the Alps towards the end of the 19th century. It is an elegant style of skiing with its distinctive bent-knee curves and can be used on all types of snow and in all conditions.

Today, Telemark skiing has come back into fashion because of the different relationship with nature and the wonderful sensation of freedom in the heel, enabling you to discover new limits. This fascinating sport is now attracting an increasing number of practitioners.
