MALGHE IN ADAMELLO BRENTA NATURE PARK
There are numerous "malghe" located in the Adamello Brenta Natural Park. At the beginning of summer, the local shepherds bring their cattle up to graze genuine grass and breathe pure air. For this reason, the products of the malga have a taste that is immediately recognizable, at the first taste, which speaks to us of genuineness and authenticity.
