2° Festival of "Formai da Mot"
Here in Valle del Chiese, rich in meadows and foothills pastures, the care of the meadows, the constant mowing, the fragrant grass and the mountain flowers give the milk produced qualities that translate into the production of Formai da Mot, the malga cheese inimitable. A strong personality, flavor and surprising digestibility to try with polenta cooked with Storo flour or as a melted cheese or combined with well-cooked red meats.
And for those who prefer vegetables, here is the malga cheese in a salad, cut into cubes, with mushrooms and radicchio. To be savored in our restaurants with dedicated themed menus!
