Your dinner under the stars
Thanks to the great success of the first edition, the Pro Loco di Madonna di Campiglio organizes a new scenic dinner sitting comfortbaly in the Pinzolo-Campiglio Express cable car, from Patascoss area to Plaza area: tasting delicious gourmet dishes from Trentino, while admiring a wonderful sunset on the Brenta Dolomites and the beautiful Madonna di Campiglio.
A 4-course dinner, 3+1 Michelin-starred chefs that will create it:
- Sabino Fortunato – Restaurant Il Gallo Cedrone
- Davide Rangoni – DV Chalet restaurant Dolomieu
- Giovanni D'Alitta – Restaurant Stube Hermitage
- + the icon of the Italian Michelin-starred cuisine Alfredo Chiocchetti

Aperitif: Finger Food, by the chef Alfredo Chiocchetti.
Starter: aromatic herbs salad, homemade Tosella cheese, Matera bread and wild berries; by Giovanni D’Alita.
First course: Tortelli with mushrooms creamed with goose ragu, soft mashed potatoes, raspberry and Manjari chocolate; by Sabino Fortunato.
Second course: frosted venison, curd with camomille, roots and Cornel berries; by Davide Rangoni.
Dessert: "Primo Sale" light cheese, Opalys chocolate, sourness from the wood with the Tahiti vanille, by the three chefs.
End of the meal: coffee, digestive bitter liqueur and buffet of mignon sweets.
5.45 pm -> first accreditation
6.00 pm -> aperitif in terrace, with the violinist Andrea Casta
7.00 pm -> first ascent on the cablecars
8.00 pm -> last ascent on the cablecar
