Val Rendena also has its own Slow Food presidium, the Rendena cow, the indigenous breed of the valley! This important recognition came about two years ago to seal the commitment that the local breeders have always lavished on these docile animals!
The Oh mia bella Mora experience will introduce you not only to the cows, but also to the work of the farmers and all the procedures they put in place for the production of cheese and dairy products.
It starts with a visit to the farm, and then watching the "casarada", that is, the transformation of milk into cheese, by expert cheesemakers. After that it's your turn to try your hand at processing the milk!
In the end, you can taste the products.
