Cheese and meat of "razza Rendena", the only one native breed of Trentino, genuine expression of our territory, will be presented in a new enogastronomic event organized by the Tourism Board of Madonna di Campiglio Pinzolo Val Rendena, following the designation of the "razza Rendena" as new Slow Food Presidia.
Not only a dinner but a special occasion to fully enjoy the genuineness of our territory, together with the local farmers.

RIFUGIO MALGA RITORTO - MADONNA DI CAMPIGLIO
Program:
At 7.30 pm: meeting at Patascoss parking (about 2 km before the restaurant) and transfer by snowcat.
At 8.00 pm: dinner with Razza Rendena products and other Slow Food Presidia.

Rendena beef tartare with radicchio dell'orso (alpine sow-thistle, a wild plant growing above 2000 meters)
