Three events to discover the new Slow Food Razza Rendena presidia through the experience of the local producers.

Cheese and meat of "razza Rendena, the only one native breed of Trentino, genuine expression of our territory,  will be presented in a new enogastronomic event organized by the Tourism Board of Madonna di Campiglio Pinzolo Val Rendena, following the designation of the "razza Rendena" as new Slow Food Presidia.

Not only a dinner but a special occasion to fully enjoy the genuineness of our territory, together with the local farmers.

So what, is it worth it? Take part in one of the new events to taste the "razza Rendena" products!



At 7.30 pm: meeting at departure Tulot cable car (free parking available) and ascent to the refuge.

At 8.00 pm: dinner with Razza Rendena products and other Slow Food Presidia.

Heifer with toasted Storo buckwheat polenta.

Quadra rabbit carpaccio with Val Rendena veined lard flavoured with Primitivizia alpine herbs

Savoury cake with Mortandela and local cheese


Lightly smoked Arctic char Trota Oro pie with roe and broccoli cream from Torbole


Risotto with diced pumpkin and wild bruscandoli (wild hop shoots), local luganega and Birra da l’Ors

Fresh tortello pasta stuffed with red cabbage served on creamed corn and chanterelle trifola (truffle) from Malga Cioca


Skewerd roe deer loin with mashed Zuclo potatoes at mountain pine essence

Pork fillet in a crust of Rendena speck, Bleggio walnuts and Lake Garda black truffle

Caponata of seasonal vegetables


Caramelized mountain apple pie with cinnamon, and muscat grappa sauce

Creamy "Antica Fattoria Rendena" yoghurt with wild strawberry coulis
