A century-long passion for the land and animals 

The farm "Fattoria Antica Rendena" has a small size, with about 30 dairy cattle plus young livestock. We are attentive to the importance of maintaining the territory: in fact, we carry out mowing in the mountains even in plots with slopes of sometimes 20% , which allow self-sufficiency in the supply of hay and grass used later in the feeding of cattle. Yes, because our queens are theirs, the cattle of the Rendena Breed, which we have been following since birth for years: all are recognized and called by name and are treated with natural and/or herbal products, according to the peasant culture of the past. The milk produced in this way is the fundamental ingredient of the farm's dairy production.
