Barefoot Morning

It is the basic practice in the HOT mind® internal heat development method devised by Andrea Bianchi: it takes place barefoot on natural ground, preferably at the beginning of the day, and has the purpose of awakening and warming the mind and body. A guided approach to walking barefoot on natural paths: we learn to place the foot and adapt it to different types of terrain, and we develop an agile and dynamic walk, enjoying the sensations and emotions that this practice offers us, also thanks to the combination of walking meditation and movement.

Benefits: improves posture and better use of joints - improves psychophysical well-being and development of involuntary attention.

Kneipp

A combination of Kneipp hydrotherapy techniques with barefoot bioenergetic grounding exercises in the waters of mountain streams: we experience the life-giving energy of water and the passage from hot to cold and learn the basic principles of inner heat development according to the HOT mind® method created by Andrea Bianchi.

Benefits: improves microcirculation and strengthens the immune system.

Breathing and Barefoot Balance

We practice the principles of the HOT mind® method developed by Andrea Bianchi for an outdoor life based on the energy exchange with the Earth.
