On March 26, 2011 a unique and unprecedented torchlight parade took place: more than 2000 people lit Madonna di Campiglio, parading with their torches along 13 itineraries on foot, in mountain bikes, with skis, snowboards, telemark skis or snow-shoes.
The great participation of the public allowed the Dolomite's Fire and the Magica Cleme to enter the Guinness Book of Records, setting a new record with 2086 people in the category "The Largest Torchlight Parade - Multiple Venues".
All the villages of Rendena valley participated in the event, with an approach torchlight parade in three stages that in the previous days took the torch of the Dolomites from Spiazzo Rendena to Madonna di Campiglio.
On Saturday many events took place in Madonna di Campiglio, above all for the friends of the Magica Cleme association who enjoyed themselves on the snow with the dog-sledding, the pet theraphy and the operations of the rescue dog units, waiting for the torchlight parade at 6 pm.
An unforgettable event, with the participation of several VIPS of the sports, tv and culture worlds.
