Placed between the Brenta Dolomites, a Unesco World Heritage site, and the Adamello-Presanella mountain group, the 13 villages of Val Rendena are little treasure chests of history and tradition.
If you want to know the past traditions, just walk in the historic centres of the Val Rendena villages, where the signs of history and mountain economy are still alive...you can also see them in the local museums.
Don't miss:
Pinzolo, the main village, at the feet of Doss del Sabion, is the southern entrance of the Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta ski area, and, in winter is the suitable place for families with children.
In summer as well, there are a lot of activities that families can do, spending a wonderful holiday in a luxuriant environment.
Among the sport offers you can find a 9-holes golf course in the villages of Caderzone Terme, Bocenago and Strembo; there are several paths that you can go on foot or by bicycle, for beginners, families and experts, and a funny cycling lane along the whole valley…you are really spoilt for choice!
