Madonna di Campiglio Transfer Service is organized by Madonna di Campiglio Pinzolo Val Rendena Tourism Board (in short, ApT).

 

Madonna di Campiglio Transfer Service

 

It is a cumulative customized transfer service, which connects Madonna di Campiglio, Pinzolo and Val Rendena to the main airports/railway stations of Northern Italy. The choice of the means of transport is with the final decision of ApT, which reserves the right to group more reservations in the same taxi if there are coincidental arrival and departure times (maximum waiting time: 2 hours).

Booking, payment and security

 

The transfer booking must be made at least 72 hours before the requested transfer date. The booking is confirmed when the payment process by credit card is successfully concluded (Visa e MasterCard circuits). When the payment, concomitant with the booking, is concluded, the client receives an e-mail with the trip details and the voucher (not fiscal document) attached. The client must show the printed voucher to the driver. The fiscal document can be picked up by the client himself at the Tourism Board offices, located in Madonna di Campiglio (Via Pradalago, 4) and in Pinzolo (Piazza San Giacomo). The virtual POS service called “Virtual Pay”, used for the payment of the transfer service, guarantees the privacy (thanks to the SSL3 certificate) and the authentication of the personal data (thanks to the 3D Secure system).

 

Cancellation

 

It is possible to cancel the booking, without paying any penalties, up to 48 hours before the service date, communicating the cancellation directly to ApT via e-mail transfer@campigliodolomit.it. In case of cancellations sent to ApT with a notice of less than 48 hours, the client must pay the total amount of the service.

 

Requested data for the booking

 

In order to book this transfer service, the client must give his personal data, an e-mail address, a phone number and the flight/train details. The phone number must be reachable on the trip day too, to allow any necessary communication.

 

Delays

 

In case of a personal/no cumulative transfer, there is no extra charge for delays up to 2 hours. For delays over 2 hours, an extra charge of € 25 per hour is applied. In case that more reservations are put together, delays are managed within a maximum waiting time of 2 hours. If this time cannot be respected, the service is guaranteed anyway.

 

Luggage transport

 

Clients are allowed to carry their luggage only in the quantity and type indicated in the booking. If clients do not respect these conditions, the driver can refuse to provide the service.

 

Smoke, drink and food

 

Smoking, drinking and eating are not permitted on the means of transport.

 

Acceptance of the trip conditions

 

When the client makes the online booking, the client accepts the trip conditions.

 

Pick up

 

ApT, as soon as receives the booking, contacts the incoming client only in case of cumulative transfers characterized by waiting times. In case of departures from Madonna di Campiglio, Pinzolo, Val Rendena, ApT contacts the client 2 days before the transfer date , to inform him about the pick up time. At the airport/railway station the taxi driver is recognizable through the sign “Madonna di Campiglio Transfer Service”.
