Here is a real experience in the name of nature and authenticity! Would you like to show your children up close how a cow is made and discover how cheese is made? Experience with us an unforgettable day at an alpine dairy farm that will begin with a magnificent sunrise over the Brenta Dolomites. Yes, because in the malga the morning has gold in its mouth! So set your alarm clock and pack your rucksack: a short walk and you will arrive at the malga, hear the cowbells of the cows ready for milking and watch the sky slowly clearing to make way for the varied colours of dawn. The work begins! But don't worry, after assisting the herdsmen in their work, at the end you will be rewarded with a tasty breakfast prepared with the products of the malga!
PROGRAMME:
05.00am: meeting point at Patascoss car park.
Afterwards: hike to the malga and meeting with the herdsman for a visit of the cowshed.
Following: witness the milking and processing of cheese.
Finally: breakfast with typical local products.
TARIFF:
€ 25.00 per person (children 0-12 years free of charge).
