Trento Doc
Crostini with lard, pink peppercorns, and honey
Sausage skewers
Pasta and beans
Porchetta and potato rosti
Trentino puff pastry
Mulled wine - Hot tea
Bar service available at the end of the trail.
A roving accordion performance plays in the background: "The Accordion Twins" will accompany you along the evocative trail.
Finally, a fire-eating show.
9:30 PM lucky draw: participants who keep their trail ticket will win delicious prizes.
