The Federazione Trentina della Cooperazione organises Fòra Fest – Fuori dagli schemi dentro le comunità, a widespread cultural programme dedicated to mental health and inclusion.
Fòra Fest brings the topic of mental health beyond stereotypes and into community life, in the places that are part of our everyday lives.
A programme of meetings, workshops, performances, walks and exhibitions taking place across Trentino, creating spaces for participation and inclusion, opportunities to reflect, meet others and look at things from different perspectives.
PROGRAMME:
From 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm: at Casa Cus, in Darè, public event organised by Centro di Rete Incontra.
Whether it is a diary, a notebook or simply a sheet of paper, putting down in writing what is going through your mind can help bring order to thoughts and emotions. Sometimes, writing is exactly this: a space to pause, listen to yourself and find new words to tell your story. In this workshop, open to everyone, being a good writer does not matter: what matters is allowing yourself the time to explore whatever emerges, without judgement or expectations. A slow-paced and welcoming space dedicated to writing and personal reflection, with the opportunity to share words, fragments and insights.
