DOLOMEET CARD ACTIVITY | Walk through the village of Pinzolo to learn about the history and culture of the village and the entire region.
PROGRAM:
9.30 a.m. Meet at the cemetery car park in Pinzolo, at the war cannon monument.
Starting from the church of San Vigilio, home to the famous Danza Macabra fresco, and passing through the church of San Lorenzo, we will learn about the art that has characterised the history of the community. The ‘emigrant's walk’ located in the centre of the village will then allow us to learn about the history of the great Trentino emigration at the end of the 19th century, and the traditional professions of our valleys; the route will end in the pine forest, where we can learn more about the morphology and flora of our territory.
