Every summer, music and nature meet on the natural stages of the Dolomites. Together with the musicians, you walk up the paths to hollows and meadows, glades and peaks. Up there, where music dialogues with the landscape, plays with the echo, chases a gust of wind.
PROGRAMME:
12.00 noon: start of the concert with Voces8 Scholars at Pradalago, Fratta del Bagnòl.
From England to the Dolomites come the Voces8 Scholars, eight young singers trained within the artistic and educational programme of the British ensemble Voces8, founded by brothers Paul and Barnaby Smith, former Westminster Abbey choristers.
An ensemble that leads the audience on a wide-ranging, boundary-free musical journey, spanning centuries and styles: from Renaissance polyphony by Palestrina, Tallis and Gabrieli to contemporary sounds, blending choral tradition with modern arrangements.
The concert takes place in an exceptional natural setting in the Brenta Dolomites, reachable via a scenic walk.
HOW TO GET THERE:
With the Pradalago lift
(paid ticket, lift open 8:30–13:20 | 14:30–17:20, paid parking at the departure station), then on foot following the “I Suoni delle Dolomiti” signs to the Fratta del Bagnòl area, next to the Zeledria lift.
30 minutes walking, 155 meters of descent, difficulty: E.
From Cascina Zeledria
(free parking), following trail no. 265 and then the “I Suoni delle Dolomiti” signs.
45 minutes walking, 180 meters of ascent, difficulty: E.
EXCURSION WITH MOUNTAIN GUIDES:
€ 15.00 per person (under 8 years old free of charge). 20% discount for Trentino Guest Card and Territory Card holders. Booking compulsory, by 12.00 noon on the day before the excursion. Limited places available.
