PROGRAMME:
11.00 a.m.: Meeting point at Parco Ciclamino in Pinzolo, where you will have the opportunity to take part in a truly interactive show cooking experience, dedicated to the preparation of a large tortello filled with local cheese and honey, infused with the aromas of meadow herbs (garden sage, wild thyme, etc.), carefully crafted with passion and simple ingredients rich in history.
Guided by those who live these recipes every day, you will discover techniques, curiosities, and small secrets passed down over time. And you won’t just be a spectator: you will be able to take part, observe up close, get involved, and experience firsthand the pleasure of cooking slowly and with heart.

Bookings close the day before the experience at 12 noon or when the maximum number of participants has been reached.
