The Castel Condino farmers' association organises the now well-established Festa del Malgaro. A day at the malga with guided hike, lunch and cheese making.
PROGRAMME:
8.00am: Meet at Malga Table for an excursion along the dairy farmers' trails with Luigina Armani, environmental expert at the Adamello Brenta Nature Park.
11.00am: Holy Mass at the Malga.
12.30pm: typical lunch with polenta, salami with freshly skimmed cream, malga cheese and Savoy cabbage; or mixed traditional cold cuts or salami sandwich.
3pm: cheese-making trials with butter and cheese preparation.
To follow: snack with malga products (soft cheese, bread and jam).
TARIFF:
Free admission. Lunch on payment from €5,00.
ACCESSIBILITY:
The event has the essential conditions to allow any person to access and enjoy it independently.

Throughout the day, it will be possible to purchase dairy products at the Freddi Christian farm shop.
