The Pro Loco of Spiazzo is organizing the first edition of the Val Rendena Garlic Salami Festival.
PROGRAMME:
9:30 AM – Culture Package
Guided tour of the Adamello Front War Museum, Moleti Stories presented by the association “La Trisa”, and a tasting plate for €15.00.
(Maximum 50 participants, advance booking required.)
From 11:00 AM until late evening
Tasting of a traditional single-course meal featuring locally sourced products (zero-kilometre ingredients) for €10.00, along with tastings of local wines and beers.
3:30 PM – Nature Package
Guided excursion with a ranger from the Adamello Brenta Nature Park to discover the herbs of our region, followed by a tasting plate for €15.00.

3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Free pony rides provided by Gottardi Lara Farm.
4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Free live music entertainment with the Gnuco Alpens Gnapa Band.
7:00 PM
Dinner prepared by Chef Giorgio Casanova.

9:00 PM
Free live music entertainment with the band Extras.
TARIFF:
Food and drink consumption may be subject to additional charges. Participation in the evening music event is free of charge.
As the festival will take place under a covered marquee, the event will be held even in the event of bad weather, although the programme may be subject to changes.
