The Spiazzo Pro Loco is organizing the first annual Val Rendena Garlic Salami Festival.
In the morning, a package tour of the Adamello War Front Museum, stories of the local people led by the "Association La Trisa," and a traditional dish (reservation required). All day, sale of typical valley food products and tasting of a unique dish of garlic salami and other local products from companies such as "Brenta Salumi" (Spiazzo), "Salumificio di montagna" (Caderzone Terme), "Salumificio Val Rendena" (Porte di Rendena), "Az. Agr. Maso Grisun" (Spiazzo), "Fattoria Antica Rendena" (Giustino), "Az. Agr. Polla Mauro" (Caderzone Terme), "Az. Agr. Villi Mattia" (Spiazzo), "Apicoltura Dossi Flavia" (Spiazzo), "Az. Agr. il Petar" (Spiazzo), and "Az. Agr. Maso Loera" (Spiazzo). At 3:30 pm, a package excursion to the area with a PNAB guide and a typical dish (reservation required, maximum 25 participants) to discover the herbs of our region. In the afternoon, there's musical entertainment with the "Gnuco Alpens Gnapa Band" and pony rides with the "Az. Agr.Gottardi Lara" pony rides, along with a themed snack for the little ones. Dinner prepared by a local chef includes Carnaroli risotto with crispy salami, Trentingrana mousse infused with Trento DOC, and sweet ricotta cream with honey and berries (reservations required, maximum 150 people). In the evening, there's musical entertainment with the "Extras"... the greatest hits from the '80s to last week!

Payment for drinks, free admission to the musical evening. Being held in a marquee, the event will continue even in case of inclement weather, but the program may vary.
