In collaboration with the Associazione Nazionale Allevatori Razza Rendena (A.N.A.Re.) (National Association of Rendena Breeders) and the malga owners' administrations, the Park proposes easy excursions to reach the most beautiful malgas in the Park and taste the typical products of Val Rendena. Each malga will be reached on foot in the company of a Park expert; there will be a meeting with the malgaro, a talk by the A.N.A.Re. expert on the characteristics of the Rendena breed of cow and a guided visit to the mountain pasture.
PROGRAM:
9.30 a.m. Meeting point at Tione church car park and transport by shuttle bus organised by the Park. Panoramic excursion to reach the suggestive Malga Stabolone di Sopra, which offers an enchanting view of Val Daone. Speech by an A.N.A.Re. representative and lunch offered by the Municipality of Valdaone.
