Accessible Outdoor Experiences Open Day.
A day dedicated to discovering and trying out a range of accessible outdoor activities, with the involvement of local Mountain Guides and Mountain Leaders.
The event is organised in collaboration with Dolomiti Open, Fondazione Sportfund Onlus and Fondazione Allianz UMANA MENTE.
PROGRAMME:
9:00 am: Meeting point and welcome.
Bike and trekking: meeting point at the Patascoss car park.
Climbing: meeting point directly at the Fontanella Bassa climbing crag.
9:30 am: Activities begin.
Bike: route from Patascoss to Malga Ritorto, accompanied by MTB instructors.
Trekking: route from Patascoss to Lake Nambino, accompanied by Mountain Leaders and/or Alpine Guides.
Climbing: activity at the Fontanella Bassa climbing crag with Alpine Guides.
12:30 pm: End of activities.
1:00 pm: Lunch and social gathering.
All participants and accompanying persons will meet for lunch and enjoy a relaxed moment together.
PRICE:
Participation in the activities is free of charge.
ACCESSIBILITY:
The initiative is designed to encourage the participation of people with mobility, visual or cognitive impairments.
For the bike activity, handbikes and tandems are available upon reservation.
For the trekking activity, Joëlette all-terrain wheelchairs are available upon reservation.
USEFUL INFORMATION:
Parking is available near the meeting points.
Booking is mandatory by 12:00 noon on Monday, 7 September. Places and adaptive equipment are limited.
