The association ‘Il Chiese’ and the Consortium B.I.M. organise treks to discover the works located within the villages of the Valle del Chiese. Walking through the valley in stages, you can learn and obtain interesting information on the culture and history of the area. for each village a dedicated event.
The Cimego power plant is a business card for the entire Chiese Valley. Located in the heart of the valley, it is a testament to the gigantic system of dams, power plants, and aqueducts that characterize the whole valley and allow for the harnessing and management of the Chiese River's water. Mysterious to most who have only seen it from the outside, the guided tour of the Cimego power plant will not only provide insight into its operation but will also reveal the structural and architectural features that characterize this work signed by Gio Ponti.
At the end of the walk, there will be an opportunity to continue the afternoon and evening for the event La Pieve in Festa organized on via Roma in Creto starting at 6.30pm by the Pro loco Pieve di Bono.
