Looking for wild herbs
A day dedicated to foraging, i.e. gathering wild herbs from the area, with a final tasting session.
Set off in search of herbs, berries, mosses in the woods of the Adamello Brenta Nature Park with local foraging expert Noris Cunaccia.
Let yourself be carried away by her stories and discover some of the secrets of the forest. There will be plenty of tips and interesting facts for you to learn.
After a fruitful harvest, enjoy a special lunch at the hut with dishes prepared with the herbs gathered, narrated and explained by Noris.
