GREEN ROUTE: historic center

Facing backwards the town hall, go uphill on the left. At the crossroads, walk down on the right near some historical frescoed houses (point of interest nr 7) up to the square with the fountain, cross the state highway and walk to Caderzone Terme for about 450 mt; turn right and, at the first crossroads, turn right again and go straight ahead to the sport area, as far as the bicycle lane that leads to the state highway. Turn right along the state highway and take the first road on the left that goes uphill in the upper part of the village. Follow the road, pass a votive capital (point of interest nr 6) on the left and, when you find a crossroads with the road that comes down from the mountain, turn right and come back to the center of the village.


YELLOW ROUTE: bicycle lane

From the town hall, go uphill on the left and at the crossroads go downhill on the right near some historic frescoed houses (point of interest nr 7) up to the square with the fountain. Cross the state highway and go downhill to the lower part of the village. When the road crosses the bicycle lane, turn left and follow it, pass downstream of the sport area and the play-ground. Continue straight ahead alongside Val Rendena golf course (point of interest nr 10) up to the bridge. Cross the bridge and then turn right along a dirt road up to another bridge on Sarca river, which leads to the state highway again. Follow a short stretch of bicycle lane and cross the state highway, go uphill to the road that goes alongside a play-ground and an area with farms. Pass the play-ground, turn right and follow the road that comes back to the village, passing a votive capital on the left (point of interest nr 6).


ORANGE ROUTE: ferruginous water route

From the town hall go downhill to the state highway and turn left; pass the square with the supermarket and take the road on the left uphill, in front of a frescoed house (point of interest nr 7); go straight ahead near the ferruginous water spring. Continue to the same direction, pass the Ruina river and the play-ground in the “Splaz di Balbù” area, take the path starting from the harpin bend up to Plan area and the road coming from the village. Turn right and go straight ahead (crossing the area with some mountain houses, where the road changed into a little path); arrive upstream at the last houses in Spiazzo. Go downhill to the river and reach the state highway and the bicycle lane; turn left and go straight ahead and to the beginning of Strembo, near a beautiful fountain. From here follow the pavement of the state highway and go back to the village, passing in front of the church (point of interest nr 1) and of the War Memorial (point of interest nr 8)



Facing backwards the town hall go uphill on the left and, when the road ends, turn left. Go on uphill, pass a canal and a play-ground, go straight ahead to the upper edge of the pasture in Plazza area, with some historic mountain houses and a beautiful panoramic view. Go downhill to the meadow and take the previous road walked uphill. From here, after the second hairpin bend, take the path on the right towards the road coming from the village. Turn left and go back to the village.



Facing backwards the town hall, go uphill on the left; at the crossroads turn left again and continue along the road in the same direction, before the supermarket, near Ruina river, take the road on the right and follow it along some hairpin bends. After the mountain houses in Vastone (Vastùn) zone, take the forest road near the hairpin bend that changes into a path; take the path into the wood up to the forest road coming from Caderzone Terme. Turn right and follow the road up to the paved road that leads to the village.




Routes in the historic center of the villages, provided with all public and private facilities. Maximum accessibility.
CHILDREN up to 3-6 years - EASY
Level routes with rest stops, pic nic areas, play-ground. Maximum accessibility.
 CHILDREN up to 6-9 years - MEDIUM
 Longer routes, the most of which outside the villages; higher altitude and greater height difference. Benches and rest stops. No total accessibility because of some dirt roads.
 KIDS up to 10-12 years MEDIUM-DIFFICULT
Middle altitude routes, among woods and glades. No facilites but benches. Packed lunch is recommended.
KIDS up to 13-14 years - DIFFICULT
Hiking routes with a great height difference; it is necessary a fairly good knowledge of the mountain environment. Packed lunch.
