The Pro Loco of Carisolo organizes “A Forest of Delights,” a food and wine trail through the chestnut grove of Carisolo, offering the opportunity to taste local products paired with Trentino wines, guided by sommeliers from A.I.S. Trentino.
This characteristic food and wine experience unfolds along a staged itinerary within the chestnut grove, a unique location just outside the village of Carisolo.
Easily accessible to everyone, the area’s natural shape and vegetation create a harmonious environment where visitors can immerse themselves in nature and enjoy a fairytale-like atmosphere, just a few steps away from everyday life.
Each year, a new menu is offered, allowing participants to discover and taste selected local specialties paired with fine Trentino wines.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to visit the Church of Santo Stefano, where the “Vetrocenacolo” artwork by Murano artist Silvano Signoretto is exhibited. The church will be open from 4:00 PM.

Following: food and wine trail through the Carisolo chestnut grove, featuring local products paired with Trentino wines, guided by A.I.S. Trentino sommeliers.
