A day to be savoured at the leisurely pace of the mountains, amidst sweeping views, the scents of the mountain pastures and the authentic flavours of the local area. Nature will provide the backdrop, with its tranquillity, its colours and that fresh air that invites you to slow down, observe and share. An experience designed for young and old alike, where flavour meets tradition and discovery becomes an opportunity to come together.
PROGRAMME:
9.30am: Nature and scenic walk to Bocca Cablone (suitable for all).
12.30pm: Lunch at the mountain hut prepared by Chef Salvotelli.
Menu | Set meal for adults:
- Charcoal-cooked polenta with local cheeses and mountain herbs
- Salami with butter and vinegar
- Cabbage with cumin
- Alternatively: pasta with tomato sauce
Followed by a dessert prepared during a live cooking demonstration with Pastry Chef Marco Salvotelli:
- Corn, mascarpone and strawberries
2.00pm: Activities and workshops for families organised by MUSE (Science Museum).
The first 100 people to register will receive a free dessert tasting and a kite for the children!
