Every Wednesday, Osteria & Friends – Al 30 hosts a special evening dedicated to discovering local producers, artisans and businesses through tastings and storytelling.
PROGRAMME
From 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., the Osteria welcomes a different guest each week from Trentino's food and wine tradition, offering visitors the chance to discover their stories, passion and products.
Wednesday, 5 August – Cantina Letrari
Founded in 1976 by Leonello Letrari, Cantina Letrari is a historic family-run winery specialising in Trentino wines and Trentodoc sparkling wines.
Today it is managed by Lucia Letrari and Margherita Arlanch Letrari. Guests will have the opportunity to learn about the family's history while tasting a selection of their wines.
Wednesday, 12 August – Cantina De Vigili
Established in 2015, Cantina De Vigili was born from a personal passion and a family tradition of winemaking.
Located in the Piana Rotaliana, the winery produces wines inspired by respect for the land and a commitment to balance. The evening will include a presentation by the producer, accompanied by a tasting of selected wines.
Wednesday, 19 August – Cantina Foradori
Cantina Foradori is one of the leading wineries of the Piana Rotaliana and is renowned for promoting the Teroldego grape variety.
Active since the early twentieth century, the winery follows biodynamic farming practices and holds Demeter certification. During the evening, Elisabetta Foradori will share the winery's story while guiding guests through a tasting.
Wednesday, 26 August – Salumificio Parisi
Salumificio Parisi is a family-run producer of traditional Trentino and Tyrolean cured meats.
Its specialities include Speck, Luganega sausage, smoked pancetta, smoked Mortandela and Trentino PGI Carne Salada. The evening will feature a tasting accompanied by the story of the company and its products.
