Walk with Mountain Friends to discover the many nature reserves and visitor trails that make up the rich thematic programme of the Sarca River Park. We will get to know them together on the numerous excursions proposed, delve into the various naturalistic, historical and artistic aspects, meet with experts, visit farms and talk to the people who inhabit these places.
The Sarca di Val Genova and its waterfalls: A varied and evocative itinerary that combines historical, religious and naturalistic elements, leading to the discovery of some emblematic places in the Val Genova and surrounding areas.
It starts from the sanctuary of the Madonna del Potere, a place of devotion immersed in the tranquillity of the mountain landscape. It continues towards the ancient glassworks, testimony to a past craftsmanship linked to glassmaking, and then enters the chestnut grove, an environment that tells stories of rural life and ties with the land.
The route also touches on the small church of Santo Stefano, a jewel of spirituality and architecture surrounded by greenery, and culminates in the natural spectacle of the Nardis Waterfalls, one of the most iconic wonders of the Adamello Brenta Natural Park.
