During this unique experience, we will learn how to create our own smudge, an ancient tool for natural purification and perfuming, inspired by Native American traditions. The smudge is a bouquet of dried flowers and herbs, which, when lit, releases essential oils and natural fragrances that help to purify and perfume rooms.
PROGRAMME:
11.00 a.m.: Meeting at the Pinewood Park to begin, guided step by step, to get to know the plants and to choose and combine the herbs according to the effect we wish to achieve - whether it is to promote relaxation, stimulate creativity or simply gently perfume our homes.
Each participant will make their own smudge, manually weaving flowers and twigs using simple but suggestive techniques. It will be a creative moment, immersed in the scents of nature, in which to rediscover the value of manual skills and slow, conscious gestures.
