The Pradalago 2100 Refuge organises a magical experience of themed dinners at high altitude at 2100 m.
3 gourmet dinners with ad hoc menus prepared by chef Carlo Sorrentino, using traditional local dishes, revisiting them in a modern key. A culinary journey combining tradition and innovation.
The theme of each evening will be specified only a few days before the event.
Also for this third edition of ‘Pradalago under the Stars’ on an ‘exclusive’ basis there will be the possibility to reach the hut with your own 4x4 car, for an off-road experience with a spectacular backdrop of the majestic Brenta Dolomites silhouetted against the starry sky. Or you can use a taxi that has an agreement with the hut (paid service).
