The Val Rendena Chestnut Growers Association is organizing the art of pruning, a day dedicated to landscape care and nature exploration.
PROGRAMME:
Meeting at 8:00 AM in Caderzone, at the church parking lot. Departure by private transport for Cauli.
Practical demonstration in the morning.
In Cauli, we will witness a tree-climbing pruning operation on centuries-old chestnut trees. The operation will be performed by Lavori in Fune technicians and commented by agricultural communicator Stefano Delugan.
Lunch at 12:30 PM in the Baita. We will be hosted by member Lorenzo Mosca at the Baita Cauli.
Lunch is provided by the Association to all members.
4:00 PM Educational meeting.
We will move to the room above the Famiglia Cooperativa di Strembo for the in-depth presentation: "Biodiversity in the Chestnut Grove," led by experts Luisa Palmieri, Stefano Delugan, and Mattia Brignoli. Refreshments will follow.
