Local public transport will be limited starting 13 March 2020; therefore, you should always check the Trentino Trasporti website before leaving. To protect all passengers, public transport vehicles will undergo additional daily cleaning. However, everyone is being asked help by rigorously maintaining the minimum distances and complying with all other prevention rules issued by the Ministry. Additionally, please be advised that in all of Trentino, for work related reasons or in case of a health emergency (including the need to go to relatives that are not self-sufficient) you can call the toll free number 800 390 270 (Elastibus) everyday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. to reserve free transportation, so long as the request is submitted by 5 p.m. of the previous day. The service will be active starting Saturday 14 March 2020.
Additional measures to contain and control the spread of the virus have been adopted throughout Italy from 11 March 2020. Restaurants, bars and shops are closed. However, grocery stores, pharmacies and drug stores remain open, as long as people keep a distance of at least one metre between them.
All sporting events and competitions of every size and type have been cancelled, whether in public or at privately owned places. All gyms, sport centres, pools, swimming centres, wellness centres, spas and thermal baths (with the exception of essential assistance services), cultural centres, community centres, recreational centres and dance schools are closed to the public.

Also available is the TreCovid19 App, which provides certified information from official sources like the Province of Trento, APSS and the Italian Ministry of Health. The app provides, in addition to the latest news, numbers to call for assistance, guidelines, detailed information, useful websites, references, updated videos, along with national and provincial decrees and ordinances. It is updated constantly and, over the next few days, new functions will be added to remotely monitor people who are in isolation and patients who have tested positive and are in treatment at home.

Elders and immunodepressed persons or with diseases must stay at home.

Bars and restaurants
Bars, ice cream parlors and restaurants can open only from 6.00 am to 6.00 pm, respecting the social distancing of 1 metre.
Almost all the services are available online. Essential and urgent services are garanteed.
Middle and large sales areas
Closed on Sundays, holidays and day before holidays, except for the food and grocery stores.
Go to the grocery stores
It is allowed to go to the grocery store, 1 person for family. Dealers must decide a maximum number of people entering in the grocery store, respecting the social distancing of 1 metre. Anyway, supermarkets and shopping centers must be closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Go to the relatives
Going to the relatives is not a necessary movement. According to the decree you must stay at home as much as possible to avoid the spread of the virus.
Walk with the children
It is allowed to go out for a walk with the children, but avoiding places with crowds and gathering of people.
Elderly care is a necessary condition. But remember that elders are the people most at risk, so try to protect them from the virus as soon as possible.
