A scenic excursion of medium difficulty to the remains of the old forts of Clemp, a site of great historical interest.
The route, recommended for lovers of tranquility and the war history of Val Rendena, is mainly developed in a mixed forest of broadleaf and conifers offering an enchanting panoramic view over the entire Val Rendena, the Adamello glaciers, and the Dolomiti di Brenta. The excursion combines naturalistic and historical-ethnographic aspects leading to the discovery of interesting remains of the First World War, such as Forte Clemp, an Austrian outpost during the Great War.
Along the route, you can admire remarkable examples of "Case da Mont", huts in the traditional mountain architectural style of the Val Rendena.
