The Cornisello – Amola loop route winds at the foot of the majestic east-facing slopes of the Presanella mountains, Monte Nero, and Cima Cornisello. The beauty of this breathtaking landscape is further enhanced by the wonderful Lago Nero, from which the Brenta Group seems to emerge, dominating the horizon to the east. The entire route offers spectacular scenery, from the Cornisello lakes to Monte Giner, from the Presanella massif to Lago Nero, the Quattro Cantoni, the small Segantini lakes, the Vedretta d’Amola, and, as mentioned, the Brenta Group showing its entire west side.
This evocative loop route also passes two suggestive mountain huts, Rifugio Cornisello and Rifugio Segantini, which serve as natural resting points. Overall, it is an unmissable hike to admire some of the most beautiful mountain landscapes in western Trentino, while enjoying an exciting hike at the same time.

Along the loop, you pass through two suggestive alpine huts, Rifugio Cornisello and Rifugio Segantini, natural resting points of the hike. It is therefore one of the “must-do” routes of western Trentino both for its great hiking value and panoramic aspect.
