47 kilometers and almost 2100 meters of elevation gain, a spectacular view, and a route definitely not for beginners... challenge yourself on the old military paths!
Cima Maresse, with its 2101 m, is certainly not one of the most notable peaks of the southern Adamello, yet it offers a spectacular view over Valle Aperta that extends to Valle del Chiese. The Maresse Route, with over 47 kilometers and almost 2100 meters of elevation gain, is certainly not a route for beginners but rather for well-trained athletes – both physically and technically. It is in fact the old military paths on Sella di Bondolo and Bocca di Bosco that challenge those who take it on. Even on an eMTB you absolutely need a spare battery. Of course, those who decide to drive up to Malga Table by car can save themselves a good 1100 meters of elevation gain. In any case, this route remains technically demanding.
Overall, this is a difficult route for experts that presents great technical challenges.
For those using an eBike, a battery with a capacity of 750Wh is recommended.
