It is recommended to bring drinking water. Considering the length of the route, it is suggested to start early in the morning.
Exposed sections of the path are well protected with safety cords (via ferrata equipment is not required), and the often snow-covered gully near Rifugio Brentei is usually maintained by the path caretakers.
