This valley offers a route that is accessible to all, ideal for families, even with prams. It runs along an asphalted mountain road through woods and meadows.
The route starts from the village of Breguzzo, where you can leave your car and walk along the mountain road that climbs slowly but steadily from the Caffaro state road (SS 237) towards the heart of the valley. It is a pleasant walk with no major detours. The first part of the itinerary has more marked, but always moderate, climbs and offers cool shelter under the woods for much of the way. The second part is characterised by long stretches of gentle, almost flat or false flat ground. You alternate between the shade of the trees and open spaces surrounded by mountain pastures. At the end of the route there is a pleasant clearing, ideal for resting after the walk, or for those who have not yet had enough of the adrenaline rush. For the adrenaline junkies, there is the Breg Adventure Park, where you can try your hand at hanging from trees.
