Actually, more than a traditional via ferrata, it is a partially equipped path that crosses the grand western face of Pietra Grande m 2937. The route requires sure footing and no fear of heights: long sections on ledges are quite exposed and without any protection, just one wrong step or slip could send you flying down hundreds of meters along the cliffs. Having made this clear, the Vidi path does not present significant difficulties: the most challenging section downhill is equipped with fixed ropes and ladders. Safety equipment including helmet, harness, and carabiners is mandatory. The itinerary can be traversed in either direction; we propose it clockwise. Overall distance about 10 km (starting from Poza Vecia), elevation gain about 1000 m.
