It was on 2 October 1959 when, in Brevine, Tionedi Trento's ward, his father Lino and mother Angela with the help of his grandfather Alessandro inaugurated the first pastry workshop, in which they began to devise the first special recipes... to prepare, cook and churn out exquisite desserts, which can still be tasted.
