The Cascate Nardis bar restaurant is located in Val Genova, right in front of the Nardis Falls, which descend from the Presanella, plunging into the valley at an altitude of 921 metres, with a jump of over 130 metres and a slope between 55° and 65°. Open for lunch and dinner (reservation required), it has ample free parking and welcomes customers with typical homemade cuisine, based on the best local mountain products, from porcini mushrooms to trout. Don't miss the dishes based on bear radicchio – a wild plant that grows in the Adamello Brenta Park – and the polenta cake with apples and raisins.
