An exclusive dinner in a completely new location: a rustic but welcoming barn located inside the Il Petar farm.

6.30pm: Meeting point at the Petar farm (Località Petar, 1, 38088 Spiazzo TN) in their rustic, but cosy, barn
7.15pm: Beginning of dinner. Simple dishes but with local and traditional flavors that you can enjoy while listening to the sounds of nature and pleasant stories that will take you back in time.

Capuc — herb dumpling wrapped in vine leaves, artisanal salami, marinated chard, lard and vegetable crostini topped with larch buds
First Course
Barley risotto with nettles and Spressa cheese
Main Course
Our cotechino sausage served with a potato roll flavored with wild garlic… for vegetarian guests, the wild garlic potato roll will be served with smoked ricotta sprinkled with grape must.
All accompanied by wines from Azienda Agricola Il Petar – Solaris and Coldariva
Traditional Dessert
Cornmeal biscuits to be dipped in grape must
“Caffè dal parol” and a small glass of grappa
