FRIDAY 15 JANUARY
From 6:30 pm: Arrival of delegations. Welcome for participating groups at the Palatennis Pinzolo, Via allo Stadio 25; collection of race bibs, race packs and starting orders.
This will be followed by an aperitif-style dinner with a tasting of local products, offered to registered competitors and accompanying guests.
Bar service and live music available.
SATURDAY 16 JANUARY
7:30 am: Race office opens at the STI headquarters, Via Fucine, Pinzolo. Distribution of race bibs and starting orders.
8:00 am: Pinzolo ski lifts open.
From 9:30 am: Start of the Giant Slalom alpine race, followed by the Snowboard race on the “Rododendro” slope.
From 12:00 pm: Lunch at a special discounted rate at the mountain huts.
A full day of skiing for all rescue workers.
6:30 pm: Parade starting from Piazza S. Gerolamo and arriving at the Palatennis Pinzolo, followed by the opening ceremony of the 28th Italian Ski Championship for Medical Transport Operators – 28th “Claudio Maturi” Memorial – 21st “Pietro Maturi” Trophy.
From 8:30 pm: Traditional dinner at the Palatennis Pinzolo, with live music, lottery and DJ set.
During the evening, there will also be a parade featuring vintage medical uniforms and equipment, followed by an award for the most “out-of-service” outfit.
SUNDAY 17 JANUARY
9:30 am: Start of the Nordic race at the Campo Carlo Magno Cross-Country Ski Centre.
12:00 pm: Pasta Party for everyone at the Palatennis Pinzolo.
1:30 pm: Awards ceremony and closing ceremony of the 28th Italian Ski Championship for Medical Transport Operators – 28th “Claudio Maturi” Memorial – 21st “Pietro Maturi” Trophy.
