1st Stop
Marinated trout bites, smoked char leaf, and white medallion with wild garlic pesto paired with PISONI brut sparkling wine.
2nd Stop
Casolet cheese and TRENTINGRANA accompanied by green walnut sauce and Miller Thurgau from GAIERHOF winery.
3rd Stop
"Ciuiga" del Banale, Carisolo salted meat, and Val di Non "mortandela" with potato pancake paired with Lagrein from VILLA PICCOLA winery.
4th Stop
A trio of polenta: "carbonera", "macafana", and potato with white cabbage, paired with Merlot from IL PETAR Agricultural Company, while enjoying folk music from "Musici delle Alpi."
5th Stop
"Linzer" cake paired with beer from VAL RENDENA brewery.
During the tour, Surgiva water and apple and grape juice from IL PETAR Agricultural Company will be served.
