Tasting of typical products along a route illuminated by romantic candles, discovering the characteristic ‘Rofts’ of the village, savouring pork in all its ‘forms’ such as local salami, pasta and beans with pork rinds, salamella, porchetta and much more.

In the background itinerant exhibition of ‘Turbo Folk 8 Roll’ accordions.
