ApiLab organizes an immersive evening experience dedicated to the world of bees, featuring honey extraction, tastings and listening to nature in the evocative setting of Maso Dos above the village of Strembo.
The experience, part of the Mountain Beat Festival, guides participants through a multisensory journey designed to slow down, reconnect with nature and discover the world of bees in an authentic and mindful way.
PROGRAM:
5:30 PM – Meeting point at Piazza Giovanbattista Righi in Strembo for a short walk of about 10 minutes up to Maso Dos.
6:00 PM – Beginning of the experience, which unfolds through three guided rotating activities:
- Honey Extraction Workshop
Introduction to the traditional honey extraction process with a hands-on jar-filling experience. Each participant will prepare, label and seal a 250 g jar of rhododendron honey included in the experience. - Integrated Apiary Experience
A multisensory moment in a controlled environment dedicated to listening to the buzzing of bees, feeling their warmth and experiencing relaxation. - Guided Sensory Tasting
Tasting of local products and honeys with a guided pairing experience and free flavour exploration.
